Where We Ship
Our Standard shipping uses Royal mail. This is an untracked service.
We typically dispatch a working day after order confirmation but sometimes need a couple of days if parts are on back-order. If we're going to dispatch late, we'll let you know via email. As for when things will arrive, UK shipping is normally a day or two from dispatch, and international orders will take longer. If anything's delayed we'll always give you the option to cancel with a full refund, up to the point where the package is dispatched.
We charge a flat rate of £2.50 for UK shipping and offer Free Shipping for orders over £50. Orders should arrive within one to two working days of dispatch.
We currently charge a flat rate of £4.00 for orders under £50. Shipping is free for orders over £50. Typically orders should arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch although this does sometimes take a little longer. Please get in touch if you have not received your order within two weeks.
Please note that you may be liable for import duties, sales tax, or customs processing fees if you’re outside of the EU. It’s your responsibility to ensure you’re fully aware of the local requirements for importing goods from the UK to your location. Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds due to unexpected charges applied by your local customs authority.
Standard worldwide shipping is charged at £5.50 but is free for orders over £50 because frankly too many Australians, Singaporeans and New Zealanders get a raw deal on shipping. Depending on your order's destination country, worldwide shipping takes 10-15 working days. If you've not received your order within three weeks of your shipping confirmation email please get in touch and we will look into it for you.
We are required to include a commercial invoice with all shipments leaving the EU. We will never falsely report the value or contents of a shipment. Seriously, Marizel has scales and everything.
My Country's Not Listed. Do You Still Ship?
Some countries have specific restrictions that make it very difficult for us to ship there. Mexico for example requires that we have a ton of stuff labelled in Spanish (No hablamos español y nuestra escritura es mala). Of course, Saudi Arabia has a ton of restrictions... on everything. We can't ship to countries that have trade or export embargoes with the United Kingdom, nor will we ship to war zones.
If your country doesn't have restrictions and isn't listed, it may be that we aren't quite sure how to handle customs and tax issues. The best thing to do in this case is to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and ask. In the very worst case scenario we'll tell you we can't ship to you.
There are some countries where there's an unnaturally high amount of fraud. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse custom at our discretion. This doesn't mean we think you're a fraudster, trying to stiff us out of £21.50 or even worse, over £50 of product. It just means that sometimes we have to make the choice not to ship to certain places, and in that case it may be you that's in one of those places. We feel your pain.
Where's My Stuff?
We'll send you an email at each stage of your order. Once when payment is taken and another once we've dispatched your order. If you haven't received these emails after 3 days (we're closed for weekends and certain UK holidays), make sure you check your spam folder and try emailing us at email@example.com. Try the same email address you used for your order first, then if you don't get a response try one from a different provider.
If you have not received your order within the timescale stated for your location, please contact us and we'll look into it. Please note that for international orders, customs clearance can sometimes delay the delivery of your shipment.
I've Got Unanswered Questions!
Haven't we all dear? Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll try to work it out over a nice cup of tea. We won't pretend to have all the answers to life's problems, but we will aim to respond within 2 working days.
