    You can return a product for refund or exchange for up to 30 days. After 30 days we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. The 30 day period starts from our dispatch of goods to you. If we receive goods after the 30 day period ends, then it will fall outside of our policy. For this reason you must contact us to inform us of your return when you post it back to us.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Where a product was not manufactured by us, please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

     

    Returning An Item

    Please ship the item (including as much original packaging as possible) back to:

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

     

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund appears on any statements.

    Finally, contact your bank. They may be processing the refund.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to sales@rawhex.com and once we've replied and confirmed we will replace the item, send it to the returns address shown above.

     

    Shipping

    To return your product, contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) code, then post the product to the returns address above. If possible, write the RMA code on your package.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location and the time of year.

    If you are shipping an item over £50/€70/$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
