Frequently Asked Questions
My order hasn't arrived, does it have tracking? Standard shipping doesn't have a tracking number and can sometimes take longer than the stated times to arrive. If it's been 3 weeks and your product still hasn't arrived, get in touch.
When will my order arrive? We typically dispatch a working day after order confirmation but sometimes need a couple of days if parts are on back-order. If we're going to dispatch late, we'll let you know via email. As for when things will arrive, UK shipping is normally a day or two from dispatch, and international orders will take longer.
I bought a HIDIOT and screwed up the soldering, aaarrrrggghhh!!! First of all, don't panic. A decent desoldering pump and solder wick will help you pull parts out. Try asking the community sub-reddit for help first. If you've snipped the ends already, you might struggle to resolder them on the correct way around, so avoid snipping if you know something isn't working.
If you've ruined a part, a spare parts pack will do the job nicely. Just let us know about the problems you had when you order and we'll see what we can do.
We can't promise to send you a full new HIDIOT pack, but sometimes when someone has found a new and creative way of breaking a HIDIOT, we use this to improve our documentation. If that happens we'll send you a new one on us.
